​​Spending a week somewhere sunny, working on my business and actually switching off? Dream combo!It felt so good to take a break from the usual routine and be surrounded by like-minded people who genuinely enjoy what they do, we were all on the same page, which made everything feel easy and natural.

There was no pressure or fixed schedule, just peaceful mornings by the pool or the sea, focused work sessions around the house and plenty of time to chat, share ideas and get inspired. Evenings were for winding down with cocktails (shoutout to Mary for being an amazing host and making the best margs 🍸) and dinners that felt more like a treat than a to-do. It was the kind of week that gave me a boost and left me energised to dive back into my business and I can’t wait to do it all over again!

Honestly, 10/10, no notes - just book it. I felt so energised by the whole experience and being able to work in the environment Mary curated, alongside the workshops, helped me work through parts of my business that I've been sitting on for quite a while. I'm someone who gets energy from being around people and so working for myself on my own can be really difficult - if you're the same way then this is like the biggest dopamine hit you could ask for!

I absolutely love a change of scenery when it comes to working, and the workation at the villa was such a good reset before heading into my busy season. It was the perfect balance of head down during the day, then properly switching off in the evenings with a great group, some drinks and good food. Having the Spanish supermarket just down the road for snacks and supplies was also a 10/10 highlight! 

Mary was nothing short of a FABULOUS host as you can expect so you bet I'll be back on another one as soon as I can!

Mary is the ultimate workcation host. She knows how to perfectly blend productivity and fun, when to give you space to knuckle down and when to turn up the vibes.  She's real "Proof it's possible" vibes -- and you get to be part of that, which is SO WONDERFUL. Our week in Spain was genuinely a bucket list moment in my business and a real highlight/turning point of the year. I can't wait to go back again and soak up even more magic!

I felt like there was something for everyone! Whether it was the morning workouts, optional workshops, or relaxed group time at the beach and in the hot tub — the balance between downtime and working hard was perfect. It was such a great mix of productivity, connection, and fun.

I had an amazing week away! I loved that it was very low pressure, and relaxed. Having semi structure of an activity / workshop in the morning followed by 'do what you need to do' time in the afternoon really suited my needs and the way I like to work. I really went into the week with no expectations other than wanting to meet and connect with other female business owners. It was SUCH a great group and I loved that there was such a range of business owners from very early days to much more established. I think my favourite thing of the week was hearing others stories of their time in business. I loved both of the workshops. I LOVED the hot seat session and found it super valuable. It also served as a great reminder to ask for what you need.

A very productive and energising week. The group dynamic was excellent - a really great group of people who were consistently supportive and helpful throughout. There was a great balance between structured workshops and independent working time. It allowed for both collaboration and personal focus, which made the week feel well-paced and engaging. The group size felt just right - small enough to get to know and spend time with everyone, but large enough to maintain energy and variety. It never felt intimidating or cliquey, which made the experience especially enjoyable and inclusive.

If you're feeling in a bit of a rut with your business you need a YAYcation! I am a creature of habit so don't usually like to work outside of my normal environment, but this was the perfect mix of that feeling of inspiration you get whilst on holiday, with having the time and space to actually put that inspiration into action for your business. Spending a week with a group of like minded business owners was also invaluable - the learnings, experiences shared, feedback was priceless! I've come away with the best cheerleaders for me and my business! I cannot wait for the next one!!

I'm so glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and went - because I know I got so much more out of the week, then I could have done if I'd have sat on another training session or downloaded another 'how to.' PDF. You can't beat those honest chats over dinner or when you're making your morning coffee and I know my business is has already benefited massively from the week.
